Business Central is available in several launch versions. You can upgrade an existing Dynamics NAV or Business Central solution to any of these versions. Depending on the current version of your solution, you may not be able to migrate directly to a particular version. It may be necessary to upgrade indirectly via an intermediate version before moving to the target version.

Upgrade services are handled by the ELIAN team as a mini-project, a technically focused process comparable to a classic implementation. The whole process requires less customer involvement and on-site configuration, with ELIAN specialists working mainly from their own premises to make the necessary configurations for the customer.
